Floriculture Preparation Class is a New Addition to Ag Education Offerings

Floriculture is a new class that is offered in the Ainsworth Ag Education Department. For the Floriculture final, students were challenged with creating flowers for a wedding. The students were divided into committees to create their arrangements. The class created: corsages, boutonnieres, bouquets, aisle frogs, centerpieces and head table decorations.

Bee Keeping Course Available for Past and Present Military and Dependents

Heroes to Hives (H2H) is a free 9-month beekeeping training program through Michigan State University Extension and its partners: the University of Missouri Extension, University of Minnesota Bee Veterans program, and University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Great Plains Master Beekeeping Program.
