Ainsworth Chapter Members Reflect on Lessons Learned, Experiences Gained Through FFA

FFA may be an agriculture-based organization, but according to Ainsworth’s chapter officers, the lessons it teaches will serve them well in any career - no matter if they’re working on a farm or in a corporate office.

Sure, they’ve learned how to identify countless types of plants and correct parliamentary procedure, but the real lessons that will stick with them are a little more abstract: How to be a good leader, work hard to achieve your goals, it’s okay to branch out of your comfort zone and try new things.

“One of the greatest things about being in FFA that I’ve experienced is getting to network with so many different people,” Chapter President Sam Wilkins said.
