Fogel expresses concern, offers suggestions

Dr. David Fogel attended the meeting to make some suggestions for changes to the school’s COVID-19 policies. His son has experienced two periods of quarantine because of exposure to the disease. He believes the quality of education with e-learning is marginal compared to being in a classroom, but possibly even more importantly, the lack of social interaction, he argued, can create a pressing mental issue.
