School board determines that a continuation of the opt-out is needed

The regular meeting of the Gregory School District Board of Education was held at 5:30, Monday, February 8, 2021, at the school library.

Mollie Andrews, the teacher for the ag program through the consortium with the Burke School District, provided the board with information about the Gregory County Future Farmers of America (FFA) chapter that she plans to begin. She has scheduled a public meeting to let everyone know what opportunities are available through this program and the wide variety of benefits to students through FFA. The board members were pleased with how successful the ag program has been and gave support to her efforts.
