Long Pine City Council Approves Several Plansand Certifications to Be Prepared for CDBG Funding
Ten certifications and plans were approved by the Long Pine City Council - Linda Alberts, Kathy Papstein, Aaron Miller and Theresa Le-Munyan - on Thursday, August 1st to be prepared if they receive funds through the Nebraska Department of Economic Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
A public hearing was opened at 7:00 p.m. and closed at 7:17 p.m. before the following agenda items were approved: Statement of Assurances and Certifications, Threshold Certifications, Federal Compliance Certifications, Citizen Participation Plan Certification, Special Requirements and Assurances, Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity Provisions, Environmental Standards and Provisions, Labor Standards and Provisions, Fair Housing Standards and Provisions and Administrative and Financial Provisions. Necessary documentation was signed after the meeting.
