Gregory County Courthouse updates recommendations for COVID-19
The Gregory County Commissioners are closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 throughout the county. Gregory County now has one of the highest rates of growth of COVID-19 in South Dakota, and the community spread is considered substantial and will increase exponentially over the next month.
As everyone does their best to work through this unprecedented time, the well-being of the public and the county employees is first and foremost with the commissioners. Effective immediately, all courthouse employees are required to wear masks while working with the public and each other in the offices. Highway department employees will be required to distance from each other while working and the highway department office is closed to public entrance at this time.
