Gregory County to soon have an FFA chapter

It has been over 60 years since a program like Future Farmers of America (FFA) has been offered in this area, but ag sciences teacher Mollie Andrews means to change that.

When the Burke and Gregory School districts were unable to find a teacher for the building trades CTE trailer a couple years ago, they decided to transition to an ag program. Mollie Andrews stepped in as teacher, and has developed some excitement in her students for the many facets that this program can provide, especially when an FFA chapter is added to it.
