Hawaiian meatballs, cheetos, and toilet paper are new experiences for this exchange student

Panitsupa Narknukool, more commonly known as Opor, is attending Gregory High School this year as a foreign exchange student, hosted by Aric and Sarah Hamilton. A young couple, the Hamiltons have no children yet, but jumping right into parenthood with a teenager has been fun, they said, after the initial awkwardness. Although Aric enjoys picking on her, they haven’t had any fights yet.

From Rayong, Thailand, Opor, who will turn 16 next month, would be a sophomore in her own country, but is taking classes from all high school grade levels here.
