Nature creations at Niobrara National Scenic River
The Niobrara National Scenic River Visitor Center is welcoming children of all ages to stop by on Tuesday afternoons for Nature Creations.
From 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., kids can stop by, create a craft critter, and learn about how that critter spends its time along the Niobrara River. Each week a new animal will be featured.
Youth will learn how mammoths roamed the plains surrounding the Niobrara, and why dragonflies flutter around floaters! Watch our social media for a craft announcement. Once the craft is completed, feel free to wander around the displays or ask a ranger to start the 20-minute film.
