Prepare for the worst - count your blessings when it’s not

We were blessed with ONLY the reported eight inches of snow, instead of the forecasters who said up to 20 inches over the weekend.
Most of the moisture fell in the form of rain which didn’t cause any electrical issues locally. Valentine had heat, refrigeration,and water.
