Cindy Bower is Repeat Winner in Ainsworth Art Guild Spring Show

For the second year, Cindy Bower was awarded “Best of Show” for her latest acrylic painting, “Nebraska Landscape”. Another successful spring show transformed the Ainsworth Public Library into an art gallery starting Saturday, April 13th.

McAndrew Elementary March Students of the Month

She has made so much growth throughout the school year. She complies with the rules set before her on the playground, classroom, and in the hallway. She is making nice gains in all academic areas and is becoming a really good reader. She is kind to all people and is eager to help whenever she can. She also gives really nice hugs. Keep working hard Sophia!

Carol Woods has been enjoying the warmer weather, but felt 92 degrees this past Thursday was too hot, which then triggered thunderstorms. She said she was thankful friends located south of Brewster did not lose their homes, buildings and shelter belts.
