When your nose runs, although it may not slow you down, it can be annoying. This time of year it’s difficult to know if your runny nose is from a cold, allergies, or another reason.

Ainsworth Community Schools Help Spruce Up the Community and Area During Community Betterment Day

A few years ago, Ainsworth Community Schools set aside a school day for all students, K-12th, to help do some Community Betterment Projects throughout Brown County. This year, Monday, September 19th was chosen for students to work around Ainsworth doing a variety of work, Long Pine staining a deck and walking bridge and helping residents of Hidden Paradise, Ainsworth Municipal Golf Course, painting on windows around town, cleaning the Ainsworth Community Center, painting at the Calamus and Raven Fire Departments and sprucing up the school parking lot and areas around the school.
