A private family graveside service for Shirley A. Burger, age 93, of Ainsworth, NE was held on Monday, December 6, 2021, in the Ainsworth Cemetery. A celebration of life event will take place in June of 2022. Shirley Burger died Thursday, December 2, 2021, at the Sandhills Care Center in Ainsworth.
Survivors include children, Renee Adkisson of Ainsworth, Monte (Cindy) Burger of Aurora, NE, Jan (Keith) Rodehorst of Kearney, NE, Lori (Jim) Baker of Ainsworth and Kim (Gary) Trobee of Colorado Springs, CO; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Pat Beebout of Lincoln, NE; along with nieces, nephews and other family members.
There will be no public visitation.
