A Graveside Memorial Service for Shirley Ann (Daniels) Pitcher, age 76 of Sioux Falls, SD formerly of Ainsworth will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in the Ainsworth Cemetery. Shirley Ann Pitcher died November 21, 2022 in Sioux Falls.

A Celebration of Life Event will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at 32780 S.

Scott Robert Trofholz of Ainsworth, NE passed away Monday, June 12, 2023 at the Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth. He was born December 6, 1964 in Hawthorne, CA to Gerald R. and Judy R. (Holtz) Trofholz. Scott attended Kearney High School in Kearney, NE, where he graduated with the Class of 1983.

Lydia Irene (Ambrose) Greder was born September 28, 1948, in Williams Bay, WI, to Joseph C. and Patricia (Brenneman) Ambrose. She passed away at the age of 74 with family at her side at the family farm in Johnstown, NE, on June 7, 2023.

A Memorial Service for Ruth E. Werner, age 95 of St. Paul, NE, formerly of North Loup, NE will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in the Bassett Methodist Church, Bassett, NE. Inurnment will follow in the Bassett Memorial Park Cemetery. Ruth Werner passed away March 9, 2023 in the Brookefield Park Nursing Home in St. Paul, NE.

A joint celebration of life service will be held for Jim and Bev Newport on Saturday morning, June 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Trenton Community Room, 401 East 1st Street in Trenton, Nebraska. Inurnment will follow services in the Trenton Cemetery.

Funeral services for Lydia I. Greder, age 74 of Johnstown, NE, was held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Ainsworth. Interment followed in the Ainsworth Cemetery. Lydia Greder died Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at her home near Johnstown.

Word has been received of the death of Clarence R. Sorenson, age 82 of Brewster, NE, formerly of Long Pine, NE.

John Alan Hladky, age 76, 11 months, 20 days, of Stuart, NE, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at West Holt Memorial Hospital in Atkinson, NE. John was born on June 10, 1946 to Emanuel and Josephine (Vrbka) Hladky, along with twin sister, Janice (Hladky) Perkins, in Seward, NE.

Robert “Bob” D. Tuttle was born on February 19, 1938, to Emily V. (Vaughn) and Robert C. Tuttle in Valentine, NE. Bob was united in marriage to Mavis R. Patterson on April 28, 1956, at the Methodist Church in Springview, NE. To this union eight children were born: Robin, Shari, Cindy, Breck, Chris, Kelly, Paige and Heath.
