In March 2019, Business and Industrial Development Group (BID) co-directors Gregg Drees and Rich Messerschmidt gathered the BID group as well as others from the business community to develop a vision statement for the group and identify the top goals to focus on. Improving the housing situation in Gregory was one of several of the top values for having BID, according to those present.
