Robert G. “Bob” Buckles passed away at the age of 71 at the Sandhills Care Center in Ainsworth, NE.

Helen A. Sherman, age 94 years and seven months passed away, November 28, 2022, at the Sandhills Care Center in Ainsworth, NE. She was born on April 29, 1928, at Ainsworth to Emil and Marjorie (Baker) Kurpjuweit. She was the second of two daughters.

Funeral Service for Major (Ret.) Claude L. Reyman age 88 of Lincoln were held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 in the Ainsworth United Methodist Church. Burial with Military Honors followed in the Mt. Hope Cemetery at Wood Lake. Claude Reyman died Saturday, November 19, 2022 at the Country Home Residence Assisted Living in Lincoln.

A Graveside Service for Robert G. Buckles, age 71, of Ainsworth, NE was held on Monday, November 28, 2022 at the Ainsworth Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Cruise Night, Food Event and Fireworks will be held on the 4th of July of 2023 in memory of Bob.

Shirley Ann (Daniels) Pitcher passed peacefully into the arms of our Lord and Savior on November 21, 2022 after a brave battle with cancer. Shirley was born on October 29, 1946 in Ainsworth, NE to Noral and E. Shirley (Wrage) Daniels. She joined her sister, Constance (Connie) and was followed by brothers, Steven (Steve) and Charles (Chuck). Her childhood years were spent helping her family on the ranch. She was involved with all aspects of the ranching life from haying and milking to cooking for the family and the hired hands.

Kathryn Ann Kurzenberger, age 84, was ushered into the loving presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 2, 2022. Kathryn Ann was born to Grayton and Kathryn Rose Kurzenberger in Ainsworth, NE on March 27, 1938.

Memorial Services are pending through the Hoch Funeral Home in Ainsworth for Bruce B. Botsford, age 86 of Ainsworth, NE. Bruce Botsford died Thursday, November 10, 2022 at the Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth.

A Graveside Memorial Service for Franki L. Biltoft, age 39 of Little Falls, MN will be held at a later date in the Grandview Cemetery at Long Pine, NE. Franki Biltoft died Wednesday, November 9, 2022 in the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis.

Ward Gregory Felton, Jr. was born September 2, 1943. Greg passed away on October 28, 2022 at the Rock County Hospital in Bassett, NE. In 1946 Greg and his older sister, Martha, were adopted by Ward and Vonda (Slater) Felton. Greg spent his childhood living on the ranch north of Newport, NE. The Felton family moved from the ranch to Lincoln, NE when Greg was 12 years old.

A Memorial Service for Ward Gregory Felton Jr., age 79 of Ainsworth, NE, will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Evangelical Free Church near Ainsworth. A Private Inurnment will be held at a later date in the Willowdale Cemetery near Newport. Greg Felton died Friday, October 28, 2022 at the Rock County Hospital in Bassett.
