Ainsworth Track and Field Athletes Qualify for State Competition in Omaha May 22-23

Sophomore Zaine Evans will compete in the pole vault on Saturday, May 21, at noon, and the 4x400 meter relay on Saturday at 5:55 p.m.

Junior Willa Flynn will compete in the shot put at 9:30 a.m. and the 4x400 meter relay at 5:55 p.m. on Saturday, May 23.

Freshman Reagan Moody will compete in the 3200 meter run at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday, she will compete in the 800 meter run at 1:30 p.m., the 1600 meter run at 4:05 p.m., and the 4x400 meter relay at 5:55 p.m.

Junior Kiley Orton will compete in the 3200 meter run at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday, she will compete in the 1600 meter run at 4:05 p.m. and the 4x400 meter relay at 5:55 p.m.

Junior Gracyn Painter will compete in the Friday preliminary rounds of the 100 meter dash (3:05 p.m.) and 200 meter dash(6 p.m), the 400 meter dash final at 4:05 p.m., and the 4x400 meter relay on Saturday at 5:55 p.m.

Senior Witten Painter will compete in the discus at noon on Saturday, May 23.

The girls 4x400 meter relay team of Willa Flynn, Reagan Moody, Kiley Orton and Gracyn Painter will compete at the state meet at 5:55 p.m. on Saturday, May 23.

The boys 4x400 meter relay team of Chris Fernandez, Zaine Evans, Jacob Ortner and Graham Duester will compete at the state meet at 5:55 p.m. on Saturday, May 23.
