After the loss of her infant child in 2016, Melissa Stewart of Long Pine decided she needed an outlet, and Prairieland Flowers was created. She had a background in horticulture and cut flowers.

The Ainsworth Bulldog Basketball Team had a busy week with three games. The Dawgs hosted a make up game against Broken Bow on February 2nd and came away with a 53-37 win.

The Ainsworth Lady Bulldogs had a tough, busy week with three basketball games in three days. The Lady Bulldogs hosted Broken Bow on February 2nd for a make up game and came up short to the Lady Chanticleers, 39-45.
