Saturday, October 8th, Ainsworth Lions Club participated in their fall trash pickup east of Ainsworth. Eleven members were present and nine bags of trash were collected in the two miles east of Ainsworth along Highway 20 beginning at the East City Park. Ainsworth Lions Club serves our community in various service projects throughout the year, including eye glasses for the needy, hearing and health screening services, park and playground improvements, sports Tail Gate party, Alumni Banquet and more. KBR Rural Public Power Notice is hereby given that a meeting of KBR Rural Public Power District Operation Roundup will be held on Tuesday October 18, 2022 at 12:00 pm., at the KBR RPPD office in Ainsworth. An agenda of the items to be discussed at the meeting is available at the District Office and is kept continually current.

Farmers and ranchers interested in preventing erosion, improving soil health, conserving water and wildlife, or making other natural resource conservation improvements to their property are encouraged to apply now for funding available from the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
