ESU 17 Hosts Family Literacy Event

Gail Irwin (left) and Laurie Goodloe (right) sit at the welcome table at the ESU event held on Monday, March 2. The table promoted reading programs to be held at the Ainsworth Public Library during the summer months. The Family Literacy event showed families ways to make reading and learning at home meaningful and fun for the whole family. Dinner, door prizes, and books were provided to all who attended. ESU 17 serves children from Brown and Rock counties, ages birth - fifth grade.
