A Graveside Memorial Service for Jeffrey Todd Swanson, age 65, of Bassett, NE will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 23, 2024 in the Bassett Memorial Park Cemetery. Jeff Swanson passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, NE.

Enid Lorraine Worth was born October 27, 1931, in rural Keya Paha County to Frank “Casey” and Alice (Hastings) Graham. Enid was born at her Grandpa and Grandma Hastings’ home in rural Keya Paha County. Enid was the first of four children. Enid attended rural school until her seventh-grade year when the school district combined with the Springview Grade School.

Word has been received of the death of Grace Elva Hatley, age 96, of Long Pine, NE. Grace Hatley passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024 at her home in Long Pine. Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

Funeral services for Raymond Alvin Killion Sr., 85, were held on Monday, December 2nd, 2024 at the Gorman Funeral Homes-Platte Chapel in Wheatland, WY. Interment was in the Wheatland Cemetery.

Burial will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery at Springview. Enid Worth died Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the Rock County Hospital in Bassett, NE.

Funeral Service for Larry D. Worth age 88 of Springview, NE will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the New Hope Community Church at Springview. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery at Springview. Larry Worth died Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at CHI Health-Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE.

Eleanor Jean Mabie Kops, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, greatgreat grandmother, and friend, created joy wherever she went. Known to most as Jean, she made friends with everyone she encountered and connected with people in a way that made your heart smile. But underneath her joyous exterior was an extremely strong, determined woman who braved struggles with dignity and never backed down from a challenge. Jean passed away as the sun rose on November 17, 2024, surrounded by family members and an infinite amount of love.

Kathleen Marie (Paxson) Keller, 75, of Valentine, NE found eternal joy in her heavenly home on November 15, 2024 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was a devout Christian who prayed for many people in her life and lived her faith daily. Her greatest enjoyment came from being with her family and friends.
