Landon Welke led the way Thursday during men’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course with a 2-under par round of 34. Robert Magill finished two shots back with an even-par 36.

Valentine retained the Rolling Rock Sunday with a 14-11 victory over Ainsworth during the annual match play golf event. It was the first Valentine victory at the Ainsworth Golf Course since 2008, and the win for Valentine tied the 22-year series at 11 victories for each squad.

Martin Gonzalez, Kevin Martin and Cody Goochey shared the top spot Thursday during men’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course with 1-over par rounds of 37. Heath Rudnick, Brett Knoetzel and Graig Kinzie finished one shot back with rounds of 38, followed by Dane Sears, Dallas Fowler and Joel Klammer with rounds of 39.

The team of Ann Hoch, Wendy Wilkins and Jen Martin won the Ainsworth women’s league golf title with a total of 100.5 points. The team of Kathy Worrell, Stephanie Kinzie and Julie Micheel finished second in the league with 97.5 points, followed by the team of Rylee Pierce, Chelsey Peterson, Danielle Palmer and Brenda Konkoleski in third with 86 points.

Graig Kinzie carded a 1-under par round of 35 to lead the field Thursday during men’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course. Landon Welke and Nick Martin finished two shots back with 1-over par rounds of 37.

Three teams finished with evenpar 36 scramble rounds Wednesday during women’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course. The team of Ann Hoch, Wendy Wilkins and Jen Martin, the team of Kathy Worrell, Steph Kinzie and Jen Marlatt, and the team of Chelsey Peterson, Rylee Pierce, Danielle Palmer and Brenda Konkoleski all finished at even par.

Cory Brodbeck claimed the top spot Thursday during men’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course with a 1-under par round of 35. Brodbeck finished one shot clear of Nick Martin, who carded an even-par round of 36. Cody Goochey posted a round of 38, followed by Cam Palmer with a round of 39.

The team of Kathy Worrell, Stephanie Kinzie and Julie Micheel fired a 2-under par scramble round of 34 to lead the field Wednesday during women’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course. Ashley Martin and Lydia Welke finished two shots back with a round of 36.
