Back-to-School Bash Held at East City Park

Nathan Fernau and Lindsey Fernau stopped by at the Early Development Network booth and picked up some usable items such as ice packs, pizza cutters, refrigerator clips, water bottles and ink pens, to name a few.

Ainsworth Librarian Gail Irwin, Ellen Voss and Phyliss Leach (left) were present to sign up students for the Imagination Library. Kristy Beegle (right) was handing out free backpacks filled with notebooks, pencil colors, lead pencils, ink pens, glue sticks, folders and crayons, sponsored by Viaero.

Heather Lutter took her turn going down the inflatable slide.

Mike and Dianah Schrad went through the line to enjoy a picnic like-supper: hamburger or pulled pork sandwich, chips and a drink.
