Elementary Students Join Care Center Residents for Valentine’s Day

Third Grade students preformed a poem and nursery rhymes for the residents of the Sandhills Care Center on Friday, February 14th. Kindergarten through fourth grade students visited the Care Center throughout the day and did various activities and presentations for the seniors.

The Kindergarten class brought Valentine’s Day coloring sheets to decorate with the residents. Each of the grades were offered popcorn and a juice as a snack while they visited with the Care Center residents and staff.
