Local Students Compete at District National History Day Contest at UNK

For their junior group exhibit on Nebraska’s New Deal post office murals, the group of Ty Ruhter, Matthew Clingman, and Kevin Gomez placed third.
Faith Haley and MacKynzi Swett won first place for their junior group exhibit titled “Seneca Falls: Birthplace of the Women’s Rights Revolution.”
Carter Cozad wrote a historical paper on the Counter Reformation, and she placed first.
