Nebraska Game & Parks Placing GPS Collars on Area Elk

This bull was sedated with a dart gun from the helicopter. Capture crew member places a GPS collar on the elk and collects DNA sample. Afterwards a reversal drug is administered to speed recovery from sedation. Photo by Scott Fesmire
