Roping Together Duty and Passion

Holeman grew up in Johnstown until she was in her early 20’s. She married Donnell Holeman from Arcadia and lived in Broken Bow for four years before moving to Carpenter, Wyoming, where they reside today. Lacy is the daughter of the late Bill McCall & Mary Jo McCall of Johnstown.
