UNK Announces Dean’s List for 2022 Fall Semester

The University of Nebraska at Kearney announced students who earned a place on the dean’s list for the fall 2022 semester. Students who are on the dean’s list must have completed 12 credit hours or more of classes with a 3.5 grade-point average or better on a 4.0 scale.

Brown County Hospital Board Reviews Several Reports During December Meeting

A regular meeting of the Brown County Hospital (BCH) Board of Trustees was held Wednesday, December 21, 2022. The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Brent Deibler, at 3:59 p.m. Other members in attendance were Brian Delimont and John Gross. Tate Schipporeit and Jim Walz were excused. Also attending was Mirya Hallock - CEO, Tad Stearns - CFO, Lisa Fischer - HR, and Tawny Allen - Recording Secretary. Dr. Campbell joined the meeting at 4:01 p.m.

The Brown County Commissioners will meet as a Board of Equalization on Tuesday, January 3rd at 5:00 p.m., and as the Board of Commissioners at 5:15 p.m. in the Courthouse.
