L orraine Biltoft passed away Friday, July 10, at the Sandhills Care Center in Ainsworth. Survivors include nephews Bill (Tammy) Dillon of Valentine, Donnie (Christi) Dillon of Lincoln, and David Foose of Oklahoma City, Okla.; niece Carolyn Foose of St. Albans, W.V.; along with other family members.
