Word has been received of the death of Edwin R. Brown, Sr., age 89 of Bassett, NE.

Kathy Jo Woods was born on July 2, 1957 in Bassett, NE to Duane and Esther (Davis) Woods. She was welcomed home by three sisters, Sherrie, Betty and Peggy, and one brother, Kenneth.

Jerry Kemp, 78, of Colome, SD passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the Winner Regional Health Care Facility in Winner, SD. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mason Funeral Home in Winner, SD. Burial will follow in the Winner City Cemetery in Winner, SD. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services.

Vernon H. Wood, Jr., aka “Woody,” was born on January 21,1948 in Elkhart KS, to Vernon Wood and Evelyn (Hughes) Wood. He was the oldest of three siblings: Francis (Joe) Brockman, Jere and Mary (Rich) Lehn.

Michael “Mike” Jeff Jefferson, known to some as “Critter” or “Ekim”, was born to Jeff and Shirley (Duffield) Jefferson January 23, 1958, in Ainsworth, NE. He passed away in the early morning of January 28, 2022, at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in West Point, NE at the age of 64 years.

Richard Lee “Dick” Gambill was born to Kyle and Dorothy (Mink) Gambill on March 12, 1936 in Battle Creek, NE. Dick passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at the Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth, NE at the age of 85.

Tillie Ellen Lowe Narciano was born on May 19, 1939 to Henry and Pina (Baum) Lowe on the Springview Ranch. She passed away at Lincoln Hillcrest Firethorn Rehabilitation Center on January 16, 2022 at the age of 82 years.
