Ainsworth Bulldogs End Regular Season Play with 3-5 Record, Heading to State Playoffs

It is not often an offensive lineman gets a chance to score a touchdown, but Witten Painter, #54, Ainsworth’s center got his chance. On fourth and goal from the 6-yard line, Ainsworth called the Hook and Ladder. Fernandez passed to Morgan Kinney, #2, who lateralled to Witten Painter who ran the ball in for a touchdown.

After starting the 2024 Football Season with three losses, two of the losses by only two points, the Ainsworth Bulldogs finished the season with five straight wins and as District Champions.
