Ainsworth Track Teams Take Second and Third Place at Sandhills Invite at Bassett

Maia Flynn (left) and Eden Raymond (right) competed in the 400 Meter Run. Flynn placed sixth and Raymond finished seventh.

Dakota Stutzman ran to second place in the 100m Hurdles with a time of 17.52.

Ty Schlueter won both the 1600 Meter and 3200 Meter Runs.

Emma Kennedy ran to a second place in finish in the 3200 Meter Run.

Tommy Ortner placed sixth in the 3200 Meter Run and eighth in the 1600 Meter Run.

Sophomore Carter Nelson took first place in the Boys Pole Vault clearing 13’. Nelson also won first place in the discus, with a throw of 156-08 and high jump, with a jump of 5-6.00. He came in second place in the 100 meter sprint with a time of 11.05.

Cameryn Goochey (left) and Madelyn Goochey (right) qualified for the 100 Meter Dash at the Sandhills Invitational. Cameryn placed fifth in the 100 Meter Dash Finals and Madelyn finished seventh in the finals.
