Jolyn Pozehl Pins Her Way to a Girls Wrestling District Championship and State Qualification

AHS freshman Jolyn Pozehl (center) pinned her way to first place at girls wrestling districts on February 4th and 5th. She will be the first girl wrestler to represent the Bulldogs at the State Wrestling Tournament in Omaha on February 17th - 19th. She is pictured with assistant coach Oren Pozehl (left) and head coach Todd Pollock (right).

Pozehl holds down Ciena McKenzie of Sidney for her second pin of the district tournament.

AHS junior Tatum Nickless holds down Olivia Joles of Bridgeport, who Nickless pinned in 2:45 in the consolation round at the district tournament.
