Katherine Kerrigan Takes First Place and Ainsworth Girls Cross Country Team Takes Runner-Up in Class D at 2023 NSAA State Cross Country Championship

The Ainsworth Girls Cross Country Team brought home the 2023 Class D Cross Country State Runner-Up trophy from the 2023 NSAA State Cross Country Championships held in Kearney on October 20th. Team members are (Left to Right) Co-Head Coach Katie Winters, Katherine Kerrigan, Emma Kennedy, Tessa Barthel, Preselyn Goochey, Kiley Orton and Co-Head Coach Trey Schlueter.

Co-Head Coaches Katie Winters and Trey Schleuter were on the awards stand to present team medals to the Ainsworth Girls Team.

Holden Beel competed in his first NSAA State Cross Country Championship. Beel finished 110th with a time of 20:36.8.
