Ainsworth Junior High Wrestlers Compete in O’Neill Junior High Invite

The Ainsworth Junior High Wrestling Team competed in the O’Neill Junior High Invite on December 2nd. As a team, Ainsworth wrestled to 10th place. Individually, Nacona Shurter, Easton McMillian and Hunter McLeod brought home first place medals while Dylan Titus and Holden Beel took second place in their weight classes.

Rebuilding Year for Ainsworth Boys Basketball

The Ainsworth Boys Basketball team is looking at a rebuilding year after losing six seniors with three of those starters. Coming off a 17-9 and District Runner Up season and in his third year as Ainsworth’s Head Coach Jake Nelson said, “We have five players with varsity experience returning this year in Trey Appelt, Traegan McNally, Carter Nelson, Morgan Kinney and Ethan Fernau.
