Ainsworth Athletes Receive Awards at 53rd Annual All-Sports Tailgate Party

Logan Hafer and Madison Welch were the recipients of the John Nelson Sportsmanship Award.

Ty Schlueter received the Bryent Wilkins Most Valuable Teammate Award. He was also named the Boys MVP for Cross Country.

Two senior athletes received plaques for participating in at least three sports each year during their four years at Ainsworth High School: Katrina Beel (left) and Moriah Beel (right).

Volleyball award winners were (Left to Right): Cameryn Goochey – Heart Award, Katrina Beel – MVP, Madelyn Goochey – Hustle Award, and Kendyl Delimont – Most Improved.

Caleb Allen (left) was named Football MVP and Cash Reynolds (right) received the Bryan Moody Teammate Award.

Isaac Hood (left) was named the Boys Wrestling MVP and Mila Pozehl (right) was named the Girls Wrestling MVP.

The Lifters of the Year were (Left to Right): Kendyl Delimont, Logan Hafer, and Bria Delimont.

Boys Basketball award winners were (Left to Right): Ben Barrow – Most Improved, Caleb Allen – Defensive MVP, Carter Nelson – MVP, Traegan McNally – Offensive MVP, and Ty Schlueter – Bryent Wilkins Most Valuable Teammate Award.

Athletes recognized for Girls Basketball were (Left to Right): Tessa Barthel and Saylen Young – Most Improved, Kendyl Delimont – MVP, Kaitlyn Nelson – Defensive MVP, and Bria Delimont – Offensive MVP.

Josie Ganser was named the Girls Golf MVP.

Katherine Kerrigan was named the Girls MVP for Cross Country.
