First Year of Kid Scoop News a Success at McAndrew Elementary School

  • Third through fifth grade students at McAndrew Elementary, 100 students in total, received monthly editions of Kids Scoop News this year provided by the Ainsworth Star-Journal in partnership with the Nebraska Press Association, at no cost to the school. The first year of Kid Scoop News in Nebraska was located in mostly Northeast and North Central Nebraska, but for the 2022-23 school year, the Nebraska Press Association’s Kid Scoop News partnership will be going statewide.
