Forty-eight golfers participated in the July 17th, Ainsworth Youth Golf Tournament. Results are as follows: Kindergarten, 1st, & 2nd grade girls (playing holes 6, 7, and 8 from 50 yards): 1st place - Savannah Kohle - 17, 2nd place - Gracyn Peterson - 20, and 3rd place - Dallin Dailey - 21.
After five weeks of Ainsworth Women’s Golf League being completed, the ladies continue to play in the scramble format. Teams turning in scores in the 30s included, Ashley Martin and Lydia Allen led the way with the low score of evening shooting a 34.
After two postponements of the tournament, the team of Jen and Kevin Martin and Natalie and Logan Leach shot a 12-under par 60 to win the Ainsworth Double Couples Golf Tournament held on July 20th at the Ainsworth Golf Course.
