Nebraska Brand Inspection Fee to Increase October 2024

During the June 11th quarterly committee meeting for the Nebraska Brand Committee, after the review of annual financials, it was determined that the brand inspection charge will be raised from the current $.85 per head back to $1.00 per head.

Thought for the week: “Children are like wet cement: Whatever falls on them makes an impression.” Haim Ginott It has been a wet week. We received rain several times this week. Sometimes just enough to make it tough for the hay to dry. It has also been cool. Heard that many people wore sweatshirts and even coats out on the evening of the 4th. Sounds like we might get some summer weather this coming week.
July 17th and 18th Claims Clinic for Department of Veteran Affairs

The Department of Veteran Affairs will be holding Claims Clinic on July 17th and 18th all day. This will be for VA Enrollment and/or submit disability claims and possibly get a decision the same day.
