Question: I am thinking about planting in raised beds this year. Do you have any advice? Planting in raised beds is a good idea for many reasons, in fact, I am building some in my vegetable garden this year.

A regular meeting of the Brown County Hospital (BCH) Board of Trustees was held Monday, March 18, 2024. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kirk Peterson with members John Gross and Brent Deibler in attendance. Brian Delimont and Tate Schipporeit waere excused. Also attending was Mirya Hallock CEO, Lisa Fischer - HR, Erica Hasenohr - Manager Ainsworth Family Clinic, Robin Johannssen - Recording Secretary, Dr. Kenneth Wasmund and Dr. Melvin Campbell SERVICE EXCELLENCE Hallock shared with the members about Brown County Hospital staff volunteering at the Ainsworth Grand Theater February 23rd-25th.

Emergency responders were called to a fire north of Ainsworth on Saturday, March 23rd. The call came in at 8:00 p.m. and when firemen got to the Wayne Westcott residence north of Ainsworth, the whole house was engulfed in flames and it was spreading quickly to the garage.

Cameryn Goochey recently returned from a Service Trip to Philadelphia, PA. Goochey represented the Ainsworth Elks Lodge and Nebraska Elks Association.
