September 19, 2001 25 Years Ago 'Additional Wind Turbines Possible for Springview Area' After the first of the year, there may be some new activity in the Springview area involving additional wind turbines. Rich Walters, General Manager of KBR Rural Public Power district, stated that in visiting with the Nebraska Public Power District there was a “high likelihood” of additional turbines being built in the Springview area.
