August 8, 2001 25 Years Ago '14th Annual Nebraska Leafy Spurge Conference and Tour held in Ainsworth' Approximately 80 individuals took part in the 14th Annual Nebraska Leafy Spurge Conference this past week in Ainsworth. The conference started on Wednesday, August 1st, with tours of Chemical Control Plots of Leafy Spurge on the Graff Ranch southeast of Ainsworth and then on to the Niobrara Valley Preserve on the Niobrara River for Bio-control plots of Purple Loosestrife.
