Nebraska Brand Committee Hires New Executive Director

Nebraska Brand Committee (NBC) is pleased to introduce and welcome Don Arp as the new Executive Director who will commence duties on December 1, 2023. Don is a Nebraska native and has degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Middlesex University in London.

Week of November 19 – 25, 2023 Sunday, November 19th Officer issued citation for speeding, 88 mph in 65 mph zone. Officers investigated a hit and run accident on Oak Street.

Accident Report

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office investigated a one-vehicle accident on November 19th at 6:39 p.m. Taylor Allen of Ainsworth was east bound on 1st Street when the 2005 Kia Sorento she was driving left the street and struck a power pole at the intersection of 1st and Maple Streets.
