Legislative Notes

I recently watched a television commercial featuring the Governor of our neighboring state of South Dakota. She said there were over twenty-five thousand vacant jobs available in her state. She promoted the idea that South Dakota does not have an income tax, so job seekers coming to her state could expect to keep more of what they worked for and earned. The same could be said for Wyoming who doesn’t have an income tax either.
