AHS Track Athletes Compete at Class D State Track and Field Championship in Omaha

Freshman Reagan Moody (2) competed at the state meet in the 1600 meter run, 3200 meter run, 800 meter run and 4x400 meter relay. She earned a medal in each event, running a personal best in each event.

Sophomore Zaine Evans vaulted a personal best of 13 feet at the state meet, placing him in a tie for seventh place and his first state medal.

Junior Gracyn Painter competed in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, 400 meter dash, and 4x400 meter relay. She earned three fifth-place medals in her individual events and sixth place in the relay.
