Brown County Hospital Community Garden Continues to Grow

The Committee for the Brown County Hospital Community Garden has been working on their community garden for the third year. The hospital is excited to provide “healthy food choices, exercise and a sense of community pride to everyone who enjoys the garden.”

Middle Niobrara NRD Receives Four Grants from Nebraska Environmental Trust

The Middle Niobrara NRD (MN-NRD) announced it has received four grants from the Nebraska Environmental Trust totalling nearly 1.5 million dollars. The projects are four of the 113 projects receiving $18,350,515.00 in grant awards from the Nebraska Environmental Trust this year.
