LATE FALL RYE PLANTING Todd Whitney When planted early, fall planted cereal rye can provide excellent cold-tolerant late Fall grazing and more grazing again in the Spring. Ideally, plant cereal rye as soon as possible after harvest and before two weeks after the 50% frost date.

Ainsworth Cross Country Sees Success in 2025 Season

The Ainsworth Cross Country team saw much success in the 2025 season, including winning the women’s Niobrara Valley Conference Meet, which was hosted by Ainsworth. Coach Katie Winters said this season saw much growth.
