When a suicide happens in a community, it impacts individuals related to the person and in many ways, is felt by everyone else who may not even know the person. Over 800,000 people die a year globally by suicide.

September 14 A deputy responded to a truck tractor semi accident in the Long Pine hills on Highway 20. During the investigation it was discovered that the trailer of the semi hydroplaned and struck the south guardrail while negotiating the curve of the highway.

For the last few weeks we’ve been talking about the end times and what the Bible says about the future. We’ve touched on the prophecies of the rapture, the coming tribulation, the AntiChrist, and the second coming of Jesus. There are many interpretations of eschatology, which should stir us to study diligently about this important subject. One thing we can agree on is that Satan is turning up the heat with more lies, violence, and aggressive hatred. The Bible warns that compassion and basic human decency will dissolve from the conscience of those who choose to live without Christ. We mentioned how the Bible declares that severe persecution against Christians will increase as the masses continue to be confused about right and wrong, and lose their discernment of good and evil. We can see this today as those who boldly speak against the delirium and darkness of sin are targeted as deranged extremists.
