Ainsworth Women’s Golf League

Ashley Martin fired a 5-over par round of 41 Wednesday to lead the field during women’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course. Martin finished two shots ahead of Heather Lutter and her round of 43.

Ainsworth Men’s Golf League

Nick Martin’s 1-under par round of 35 took the top spot Thursday during men’s league golf at the Ainsworth Golf Course. Martin finished one shot ahead of Joel Klammer and Graig Kinzie, who posted even-par rounds of 36. Heath Rudnick carded a round of 38, and Brett Knoetzel shot a 39.

Legislative Notes

Commissioners Approve Duck and Goose Zone Units

The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission approved modified Duck Zones and Goose Units for submission to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at its June 13 meeting in Sidney.
