After the loss of her infant child in 2016, Melissa Stewart of Long Pine decided she needed an outlet, and Prairieland Flowers was created. She had a background in horticulture and cut flowers.

Ainsworth emergency personnel and school officials conducted a mock school lock-down on Tuesday, December 6th. Participating were the Brown County Sheriff’s Department, Brown County Emergency, Brown/Rock Emergency Management Agency and Ainsworth Fire Department.
